Come witness the SkyWalk:  An extraordinary, never before done, highline performance!

October 17th & 18th we'll be taking the experience of visiting the Gatlinburg SkyBridge to new heights by giving you front row seats to witness the first performance ever in the state of Tennessee by the members of professional highline group, Rucksack Circus, as they walk across the valley next to the SkyBridge on a two-inch-wide line of nylon webbing.

What is Highlining?  Highlining is the act of walking on webbing generally made out of nylon or polyester, at great heights.  This act differs from traditional tightrope walking, as the highline is rigged at much lower tension than a typical tightrope, giving a highline bounces, swings, and dynamic movement.

Performances are scheduled for select times throughout the day on both Saturday and Sunday complete with an announcer to talk about just how tricky it is to balance your way across.

Come watch the jaw-dropping performances and imagine walking the line yourself as you cross the 30 feet of glass panels on the SkyBridge.

Saturday: 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm & 9pm

Sunday: 11am, 1pm, 3pm
